Introduction
The ICYCS Workshops 2008 Chair and the organizing committee of the ICYCS
2008 invite proposals for the ICYCS Workshops to be held on November 18,
2008, Zhang Jia Jie, China, in conjunction with the main technical
program of the ICYCS 2008 conference (http://www.csu.edu.cn/ICYCS2008/).
The researchers and practitioners interested in organizing the workshops
are invited to submit workshop proposals. The purpose of the ICYCS
Workshops 2008 is to provide participants with an international forum
and opportunity to discuss novel research ideas and challenges in a wide
range of topics. We particularly encourage workshops that will bring
together unusual groupings for the transfer of principles, methods and
ideas concerning both the theoretical and applicative topics in any
aspect of computer science and technology. The workshop proceedings will
be published by IEEE Computer Society (will be indexed by EI and ISTP).
Manuscripts should be written in English conforming to the IEEE standard
conference format (8.5" x 11", Two-Column). Manuscripts should be
submitted through the conference website
http://www.csu.edu.cn/ICYCS2008/. Each accepted paper is limited to 6
pages (or 8 pages with over length charge). The program committee will
select one winner for the Best Paper Awards for each workshop.
Submission of a paper should be regarded as a commitment such that, if
accepted, at least one author of the paper will register and attend the
conference; otherwise, it will be removed from the IEEE Digital Library
after the conference.
