时下中国大陆时兴炫富，豪宅、名车、象牙床应有尽有，富豪活动中心、富姐俱乐部等奢侈场所遍及天南海北，以致有人说中国成了"富翁大国"、"世界经济中心"。这当然没有什么不好，毕竟经济繁荣的象征，非同昔日的"越穷越光荣"。在2007年结束进入倒计时的时候，又一个好消息传来："中国500富豪榜中榜"在香港发布，据统计，中国已成为亿万富豪人数排名第二的国家，仅次于美国。此外，资产超10亿美元的中国富豪已达146名，一年前这个统计数据为85名。(《新京报》2007年12月31日)

<p>这是继福布斯富豪榜和胡润百富榜之后，对中国大陆投以关注目光的又一个财富榜。据说这是专门针对中国（两岸四地）量身定做的，同时也是计算体系最为科学、最受大陆人欢迎的榜单。是不是受欢迎我不知道，我也没有兴趣就事论事谈什么富豪榜。在我心里，不论这些人的计算方式多么科学，最终无非为了赚钱。尽管一年之间资产超10亿美元的中国人增加了61名，尽管中国已成为亿万富豪人数排名第二的国家，也只能是一种畸形社会现象。随之而来的不外乎是有人开始以此为契机宣扬经济的发展如何迅速，如何表明辖区经济富可敌"国"，接着就是邀赏请功，官商一团和气，上下皆大欢喜。</p>
<p> </p>
<p>我之所以不屑这些"富豪榜"，还不仅基于上述想法。读过一篇《破解周正毅之谜》，记得这位前上海首富"交代"过一句话，当有人质问他"毁掉了多少干部"时，他反问："有多少干部毁掉了我？"在他看来，如果不是有人"逼着"他上什么福布斯榜，让自己暴露在公众视野而欲罢不能，也不会遭此厄运。这当然属于"狗咬狗"，是非善恶已经有了法律上的诠释，无须多说。不过周正毅说出了一个社会存在的普遍炫富现象，可不是吗？从市井小民到机关干部，从"雅阁女"到"包机扶贫"，炫富几乎成中国人的时尚。在这样的大环境下，他能荣登"富豪榜"也不足以大惊小怪。</p>
<p> </p>
<p>从周正毅身上看出，今天中国的富豪并没有人们想象的那么"老土"，他们一般不会傻到炫富的程度。尤其是近一年来，人们对中国富豪的"原罪"现象争议不绝，虽然有人从社会发展的角度出发，认为那是当初历史条件所限，主张给予一定程度的豁免权，但周正毅、万平（原广东省东莞市金正数码科技有限公司董事长）等人的下场毕竟是个警示。是什么原因使他们违背了"出头的椽子先烂"的古训另当别论，关键是"中国已成为亿万富豪人数排名第二的国家"不值得如此炫耀。

<p>据有关资料显示，截至2007年，中国城镇居民年均可支配收入为11759元，农村居民人均年纯收入3587元。以国家统计局发布的人口分布情况看，目前农村人口为7.5亿左右，也就是说，至少有7亿多人年收入才三千余元，加上物价飞涨，老百姓的实际收入不但没有增加，反而相对大幅下降。在这样的前提下，大张旗鼓宣扬中国有多少亿万富豪，几乎如同阿Q式的梦呓，除了平添几分诙谐没有任何积极意义。或者说，越是标榜这样的富有越说明贫富分化正在急剧加大，从而反证出社会分配规则极度的不公。</p>
<p> </p>
<p>关于社会利益分配问题中国向来不乏有识之徒，有些经济学家往往谈起来头头是道，又是"黄金分割率"，又是"金字塔形体"，到真正需要解决问题的时候却是束手无策。当然这是另一个话题可以暂且不说，只是人们有必要明白是什么因素造成了中国人这种炫富心理。有人认为，中国传统文化是导致了一些人自命不凡的主要因素，在古代中国人眼里，权和钱都是社会地位的象征。《红楼梦》中薛大公子叫炫富为"斗富"，和人比赛用银子打水漂与他们斗蛐蛐的心情没有两样。《世说新语》也记载，晋人石崇每每宴请客人，常令美人劝酒。如果客人不能喝得酩酊大醉，那就是美人的责任，必一斩而后快。看看吧，斗富连人命都搭上了，不能不说是一种人性的扭曲。
</p>
<p>薛蟠和石崇的斗富属于低层次，说到底是个人修养问题，但既然有这样的文化传统，现代一些人"继承"或"弘扬"也毫不出人意外。如果这样的问题仅仅个体层面也就罢了，遗憾的是现在流行于社会的炫富现象已经超出了个体对财富的炫耀，并有无限扩张的迹象。比如前几天刚刚有报道说，2007年中国全年财政收入将超过5.1万亿元，经济创历史新高。不出几天，国家税务总局又发布喜讯，称2007年全国税收收入接近5万亿，中国国库将更加丰盈。先不说如此巨大收入额的来龙去脉，单说这种重复发布消息的现象就近乎于炫富。谁不知道财政收入主要来源是税收？一个数字从不同角度一而再再二三炫耀，难道仅仅是彰显工作成绩吗？</p>
<p> </p>
<p>当然，在中国有"炫富情结"的还不仅是一些个人和部门，某些地方政府的做法更是夸张。由于GDP是社会发展的综合反映，也是领导管理水平的体现，近年来一直被列为考核政绩的重要依据。一些地方官员为了个人或小集团的利益，不计成本大搞"政绩工程"，不但在数字上弄虚作假，而且大树特树偶像型经济人物，以证实自己领导有方，当地经济发达。从这个角度看，周正毅也不见得是胡说八道，某些人"逼着"他进入富豪榜，实质上是更高一个层次的炫富。</p>
<p> </p>
<p>荀子有言：上好富则民死利。如果国家的财富增长仅体现在百十个亿万富豪身上，必将催生更多的仇恨和绝望。诚然，在以经济发展为核心的社会，不言利是伪善，羞于言利是迂腐，但不管大多数劳动者的死活，一味炫耀少数人的富有，则肯定是对和谐社会的强力反讽！
