沸沸扬扬的手机漫游费听证会延续到今天，始终没有一个好的解决方案。企业和消费者的对弈也非常壮观。相关的新闻、评论从未间断，演绎了消费者与企业，职能部门之间的相对论，以下摘录了一些手机漫游费争论之经典语录：

一、 手机漫游费偏贵，是业界和消费者普遍达成的共识。降低移动电话国内漫游通话费上限标准听证会于昨天在北京举行，听证会封闭式举行，不向外界开放，也不允许直播。人们不禁想问，漫游费究竟想怎么降？
<p><br>
二、 降低或取消漫游费并不会影响移动通信营运商的收入，相反，降低或取消漫游费后，更有利于市场的拓展，业务量不降反升。如此使消费者和营运商双赢的政策为何却迟迟不能付诸实践呢？

三、 如果真实有效地获得企业生产成本的途径不解决，听证会将成为"聋子的耳朵"，只能权当摆设，听人摆布。</p>

九、 郝劲松：我个人认为漫游费应该是零，零标准。因为本身成本才5分钱嘛，铁道部春运涨价每年损失3个亿，20%的幅度都可以降下来，我觉得信息产业部你作为一个政府主管机关你就应该向铁道部学习，人家30%的涨幅比例每年都可以不涨，你一分钟5分钱怎么就不能让利于民呢？</p>

十、 郝劲松：手机漫游费我最深的体会就是在2007年1月10号的火车上，那是一个对我来说是惊心动魄的，从来没有消费过手机漫游费的，烧钱，你又不能说拒绝，即便这样，仍然还有很多地方的一些记者没有采访到，因为毕竟，我觉得再充多少话费也不够，一分钟1.5元，谁受得了，一个问题最少要10分钟，所以我是有切身体会的，为什么我要向国家发改委报名参加旁听，就是因为我认为我的漫游费也是有发言权的。</p>

十一、 电信专家分析指出，"手机漫游的成本几乎为零，手机漫游的全过程，不过是由网络传送几个由计算机自动生成、比普通电子邮件还简单的信息，其成本与每分钟都要收取两角钱的费用何止相差千万倍！"而且，在世界上其他国家几乎都不收取移动漫游费。</p>

十二、 全世界，超过10%的净利润很少，像美国最大的移动通信企业，利润率不过才1%；而在我们国家能达到百分之二十几，可以说在国际上也是一个很不正常的现象。<br>
十三、 手机漫游费不能再"漫游"下去了，问题是："漫游费"这个"电信宠儿"究竟是该选择"跳水"还是"自杀"呢？</p>
